Order dispatch timeframe
All orders placed before 12pm (ET) are processed and shipped the same business day.

All other orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day.

Orders are not processed and shipped on weekends and on holidays.

 

Delivery times & costs

For shipping within Canada:

We offer the following delivery rates and estimated delivery times based on the province of your shipping address:

Ontario, Quebec:

  • 1-2 business days standard delivery (once your order has been shipped) with a flat rate of $8.99 CAD.
  • For all orders over $89 CAD we offer FREE standard delivery automatically applied at checkout.

Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Saskatchewan:

  • 1-4 business days standard delivery (once your order has been shipped) with a flat rate of $10.99 CAD.
  • For all orders over $89 CAD we offer FREE standard delivery automatically applied at checkout.

All other provinces:

  • We offer carrier rates based on your location which will be calculated at checkout, along with delivery times.

We also offer quicker delivery options at carrier rates based on your location which will be calculated at check out, along with delivery times.

*Please note for Northern regions and more remote areas delivery times may exceed the standard timeframe. If your delivery address falls into these areas please don't hesitate to contact us and we'd be happy to provide a more accurate timeframe.

 

For shipping to the US:

  • 1-5 business days standard delivery (once your order has been shipped) with a flat rate of $9.99 USD.
  • For all orders over $99 USD we offer FREE standard delivery automatically applied at checkout.
  • We also offer quicker deliver options at carrier rates based on your location which will be calculated at checkout, along with delivery times.

For shipping within the UK:

Some products are stocked in our UK warehouse. If a product is in stock in the UK, we offer the following delivery rates and estimated delivery times:

  • 1-3 business days standard delivery with a flat rate of £3.99.
  • Next Working Day delivery with a flat rate of £5.99.

If a product is being shipped from outside the UK, we offer carrier based rates which will be calculated at checkout, along with delivery times. Please proceed to checkout to see the applicable rate.

Please note: Products may be shipped from different locations to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible and at the most affordable rate. In this case, a breakdown will also be displayed at checkout.

For shipping to all other countries:

  • We offer multiple carrier rates based on your location which will be calculated at checkout, along with delivery times.
