SHIPPING QUESTIONS

When will my order be shipped?

All orders placed before 12pm (ET) are processed and shipped the same business day.

All other orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day.

Orders are not processed and shipped on weekends and on holidays.

What are the delivery times & costs?

We offer the following delivery rates and estimated delivery times based on the province of your shipping address:

Ontario, Quebec:

  • 1-2 business days standard delivery (once your order has been shipped) with a flat rate of $8.99 CAD.
  • For all orders over $95 CAD we offer FREE standard delivery automatically applied at checkout.

Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Saskatchewan:

  • 1-4 business days standard delivery (once your order has been shipped) with a flat rate of $10.99 CAD.
  • For all orders over $95 CAD we offer FREE standard delivery automatically applied at checkout.

All other provinces:

  • We offer carrier rates based on your location which will be calculated at checkout.

We do not offer quicker delivery options at this time; however, we are working hard to have express options available at checkout in the near future.

*Please note for Northern regions and more remote areas delivery times may exceed the standard timeframe. If your delivery address falls into these areas please don't hesitate to contact us and we'd be happy to provide a more accurate timeframe.

Where do you ship to?

We only ship within Canada at the moment!

How do I track my order?

After you place your order, you will receive the following emails:

1. Order confirmation: This email confirms we have received your order and are working on getting it ready for shipment. This email includes your order number for your records.

2. Shipment confirmation: This email confirms that your order has been shipped and is on the way to you. This email includes carrier and tracking information provided by the carrier which you can use to track shipping progress.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return my product?

We recognize that sometimes things change, and you may change your mind about an order or item. To initiate a return contact us at support@proyounutrition.com, with your order number, name and reason for return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unopened and in the same condition you received it.
  • The return must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, you'll need to pay for your own return shipping cost. Shipping costs are also non-refundable. The cost of the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund once processed. Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

We don’t guarantee a refund should we not receive your returned item(s). Considering using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance may be beneficial.

You can always contact us for any return question at support@proyounutrition.com.

Once we've received and checked your return, you'll receive an email to let you know we've got it and whether or not the return has been accepted. If accepted, your refund will then be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 10 days of us receiving the item. If 15 days have passed and a refund is still not visible on your bank account, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@proyounutrition.com

Can I exchange my item?

We only offer exchanges and replace your item(s) if they have arrived damaged, with defect or if you received the incorrect item. Please send us an email immediately at support@proyounutrition.com to initiate the exchange so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In all other cases, to get the item(s) you want quickly and efficiently, we recommend returning the item(s) you have, and once the return is accepted, placing a new order with those new item(s).

ORDERS & PAYMENT

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order please contact support@proyounutrition.com and include your order number and name.

We will try our best to cancel the order before it has shipped, however, once an order has been shipped we are no longer able to cancel it. If you do not want the item(s), you can proceed with a return once you have received the order (see instructions on how to return your items under Returns & Refunds above).

We are unable to offer order changes at this time. If you wish to modify your order please cancel or return your first order and place a new one.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal at this time.

How are our products made?

Our whey protein is made in Ontario, Canada in a cGMP-certified and Health Canada Licensed facility, with only the highest-quality ingredients sourced, flavours meticulously tested and developed and a formula expertly crafted to deliver the most while also remaining free from unnecessary fillers.

We are also proud to say our protein spread is made in Europe in a GMP compliant facility. We have also developed this formula meticulously to ensure the best flavour, texture and nutrition, using premium ingredients and only what's necessary.

We guarantee that every formula we introduce, now and in the future, has been expertly researched and developed using only the highest quality ingredients, and has undergone rigorous quality checks and taste checks to ensure nothing short of the best possible product with every delivery.
