Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@proyounutrition.com, with your order number, name and reason for return. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, you'll need to pay for your own return shipping cost. Shipping costs are also non-refundable. The cost of the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund once processed. Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
We don’t guarantee a refund should we not receive your returned item(s). Considering using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance may be beneficial.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item(s) have arrived damaged, with defect or if you received the incorrect item, send us an email immediately at support@proyounutrition.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges and replace your item(s) if they have arrived damaged, with defect or if you received the incorrect item.
In all other cases, to get the item(s) you want quickly and efficiently, we recommend returning the item(s) you have, and once the return is accepted, placing a new order with those new item(s).
Refunds
Once we've received and checked your return, you'll receive an email to let you know we've got it and whether or not the return has been accepted. If accepted, your refund will then be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 10 days of us receiving the item. If 15 days have passed and a refund is still not visible on your bank account, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@proyounutrition.com
