Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 scoops Vanilla ISOPRO Hydrolyzed™ Whey Protein
- 1/4 cup Hazelnut & Cocoa Protein Spread
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup monk fruit sweetener
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking power

Directions
- Pre-heat & Prep: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, almond milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Add in the almond flour, protein powder, protein spread, cocoa powder, monk fruit sweetener, and baking powder and mix until well combined.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared dish, and bake for 25-35 minutes.
- Finish & Serve: Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and let cool completely before slicing.
