FAQs

Are these protein balls gluten-free?

  • Yes, just make sure to use certified gluten-free oats. Our ISOPRO Hydrolyzed™ Whey Protein is gluten-free too.

How should I store the protein balls?

  • Keep them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days. They also freeze well for up to a month.

What if I don't like pecans?

  • That’s no problem! Swap them out for walnuts, almonds, or cashews for a slightly different flavor and texture, but with all the same benefits and gains.

Can I make a keto-friendly version?

  • Of course, just replace the dates with a low-carb sweetener of your choice and the oats with almond flour and that will help bind the mixture just as well.
